  • Pre-Sale Shipping and Cancellation
    We are always updating and gaining new inventory. Some items will be available for order before the orders are available in our warehouse. These orders will be listed as pre-sale and will be shipped between 4-6 weeks after your order. A pre-sale order can be cancelled in the 72 hours after your order is placed. After the 72-hour window following your order, it is not eligible for cancellation. Pre-sales are not eligible for refund or exchange after the 72-hour window following your order. If you would like to exchange or cancel your pre-sale order please send an email to orders@dixitashleighrenee.com.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Processing time on in stock orders are between 3-5 business days. Shipping depends on the mail carrier system, but a tracking number will be emailed. Pre-order orders will be shipped between 4-6 weeks after the order is placed. (If available sooner, the order will be shipped when available)
  • What are your shipping fees?
    There are no additional shipping fees. Standard shipping fees are covered in the cost of the order. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please email us at orders@dixitashleighrenee.com
  • What shipping company do you use?
    Our main shipping company is the United States Postal Service. For larger orders your parcel may be delivered via UPS, Fedex or DHL depending on your location. A tracking number is provided for all orders.
  • What payment method do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal.
