REFUND POLICY

Returns are only accepted unopened and in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. This policy does not include exclusive, pre-sale or sale items.
All exclusive, pre-sale sale items, and ticket purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final for these items.
If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase or delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery of item as reported by the delivery company and must be undamaged, have all tags and original packaging still attached. Shipment must be sent within 15 days of the delivery in order for the exchanged to be honored. New item will be shipped once the exchange has been received and processed (takes up to 3 days after receiving item).
Any requests for refunds or exchanges outside of the above stated dates will not be honored.
Pre-sale orders are eligible for cancellation or exchange for 72 hours after the order is placed. After the 72-hour window all sales are final.
REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
